The H. Upmann Magnum 54 is named after its ring diameter, which measures 120mm. It is one of the brand’s latest releases and was launched internationally in 2017.
Presented in a beautiful Colorado Maduro wrapper with a soft texture, these Maduro leaves undergo a 5-year individual aging process to achieve this luxurious color and assortment, adding a unique sweetness to the profile.
The construction is impeccable and is evident at first light, with a very sharp draw and a creamy smoke filling the mouth. There is a light sweetness with flavors of coffee beans and light spices, and we also notice some almond nuttiness. The concentration hovers around medium, increasing slightly towards the end, while the flavor intensity is medium to full, with sweet floral notes and a strong cedar note to enhance the nose.
