The famous Cohiba Siglo series was released in 1992 to commemorate the 500th anniversary of Columbus' arrival in the New World and was launched worldwide in 1994. The Siglo series is officially called the Linea 1492 series.
Siglo II starts slowly with a mild chocolate flavor, with notes of honey and delicate spices. Medium strength, offering a consistent but not overly complex taste that is milder than other cigars in the Siglo line. For cigar lovers who want to try Cohiba cigars but are not yet familiar with Cohiba, then Siglo II is a good starting point.
